Screws are blown through a tube to the screwing head by compressed air. Fast and flexible in routing, ideal for light/small screws and high-takt lines. Requires a stable air source and a reasonable length-to-diameter ratio.
A feeder orients screws one by one; a suction nozzle picks and drives them. High precision and versatility, great for irregular screws or frequent changeovers.
